How to Assign Lifters / Vehicles during Picking of Items

Dear All Experts,

I have created below setups:

1) Resources (Person)

2) Assign Employee in it

3) Define Equipment

4) Define Resources (Machine)

5) Assign Equipment

6) Define Departments

7) Assign Resources  (Person , Machine)

8) Define Standard Operations

9) Assign Operations Resources (Person, Machine)

10) Define Rules For Tasks (Return Value = Standard Operation Code)

11) Assign Task Rule in Warehouse Organization (Standard Operation Code)

Question 1) Now try to Book Sales Order then run pick release , after that task is generated but there is no employee assigned on it, why? Wither I need to create rule for it, that for each item , which employee is going to pick??

Question 2) When I try to pick the items in MSCA through Tasks - Direct Tasks - Interleaved Tasks - Accept Any Task or Manual Tasks (Paper Picking) I dont see any option of selecting the machines??? Why ? How could I know that which machine has picked the items??
