Is there an option to calculate actual project cost for WIP resource transactions based on employee

We have this requirement to calculate the project cost based on actual employee rates. Is there any option to split the WIP recourse transaction (based on shift definitions in OTL or Contracts. say 10 Hrs) into regular time (8 Hrs) and overtime (2 Hrs) in Projects and apply separate rates for each.
