Service Indicators

Hello,

Does anyone know if a Positive Service Indicator can be used to remove a Negative Service Indicator? 

In other words, is there a way we can set it up so when a particular positive service indicator is added to a student account it removes a designated negative service indicator?

If so, how would one set it up?
