Capturing Batch Variances Analysis

I have a scenario where the business is interested in capturing all the variances, which occurred during the production process.

I will explain the scenario which is faced at the Plant:

I have a Formula with Product "A" and Ingredients "B" and "C".

Formula:

Product "A" = 20 KG

Ingredients "B" and "C" = 10 Kg each.

I will create a Batch for 20 KG of Product "A" which in turn utilizes 10 Kg of "B" and 10 Kg of "C".

Now imagine I have prepared a Dipping Solution with Ingredients "B" and "C" utilizing 20 Kg of it and during the dipping process, I accidentally lost few Kgs say 5 Kg of the solution, due to which my yielded qty is 15Kg in place of 20Kg.
