Is it possible to reduce the available weight/capacity on a piece of equipment based on a specific c

Hello All,

It seems like this may be an issue that others have run into, so I'm hoping the community can help me.  We have certain accessory items that reduce the available weight that can be taken by a piece of equipment.  Our current setup does not work for this.  As an example, we run flat bed tractor trailers that can take 50,000lbs.  However, when we add a forklift to the equation, the available weight is reduced to 45,000lbs.  The forklift is not always sent.  Some shipments do not need the forklift, so this piece of equipment is left on the yard
