Create Report in WebCenter Forms Recognition

Hello Experts,

Having a requirements to generate the audit history log of verifier user to audit his activity in WFR11.1.1.9.0 like "Whenever an invoice is opened by a verifier user for manual intervention, the solution must record the date/time, invoice number, unique identifier and user name and maintain a history of which users accessed the invoice".

please provide the link or document how we can implement the reporting and auditing in WFR.
