ASCP 12.1.3: Cancelled Sales Order Lines remain in plan

When an order line is cancelled in OM, the ASCP collected data is showing the original qty for the line with a new qty of 0 - but ASCP is planning the original qty. What setting is needed to get ASCP to recognize the cancellation of the line?
