Oracle profile - CONNECT_TIME exceeded

We are in the process of associating Oracle profiles which have CONNECT_TIME 60 with userids. 

Does Oracle log the instances when CONNECT_TIME is exceeded?  We would like to be able to query after the fact to find out when users were logged off due to CONNECT_TIME being exceeded.
