AP- R12.2.4 - Subledger Options

'Accounting Program Defaults' - > if we change the 'Accounting Program Defaults' at the Payables Subledger Options - I assume it will only impact the defaults on the 'Create Accounting' program for Payables module.

The 'Create Accounting' process gets kicked off only thru concurrent job or at invoice form thru 'Action' button. Is that right?

Do we need to test anything else if we change the 'Accounting Program Defaults' for Payables Subledger?

Can the Accounting Program Defaults be changed anytime after go live ?
