Error starting instance on newly created node

Hey everyone,

I've just configured a new node in my cluster, and everything seems fine - except I'm getting the following error when I try to start the instance via srvctl (no errors with sqlplus):

[oracle@node001 node001]$ srvctl start instance -d SDB -i SDB3PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.sdb.dbPRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.sdb.db on node node003CRS-2680: Clean of 'ora.sdb.db' on 'node003' failedCRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process

This is what I see in the cluster log (/u01/app/11.2.4/grid/log/node003/alertnode003.log):

[crsd(12188)]CRS-5828:Could not start agent '/u01/app/11.2.4/grid/bin/oraagent'. Details at (:CRSAGF00126:) {1:9582:20082} in /u01/app/11.2.4/grid/log/node003/crsd/crsd.log
