US PAY: Oracle payroll supplemental earnings element, paid in bi-weekly payroll but taxed as monthly
Hi - is there a way to set up a Supplemental Earnings element to tax as a monthly amount when it is being paid in the bi-weekly payroll? We have SERP earnings that are only paid in the 1st payroll of the bi-weekly payroll, and they are for the entire month. We are finding that that tax amount is too high due to being taxed as if it were a bi-weekly payment. We would like to have it be taxed over the entire month - without setting up a separate payroll. Has anyone done this?
