Property Manager Product Enhancements

The Property Manager Statement of Direction dated 05-JUL-2016 indicates that Oracle does intend to enhance existing functionality to enable compliance with new accounting standards, including the requirement to report comparative results.  I have not however been able to find any information on when these product enhancements are expected to be released. What is the expected timeline for these enhancements?
