Creating Applied credit memo hangs when crediting invoice with rules

Hi,

    We are upgrading oracle AR from 11i to R12, In R12 instance when we create a credit memo with rules(actions/credit) is taking forever and hanging the system and not responding.

Can you please let me know what is the solution if anyone experienced the same issue.
