Xenvironment Logs not getting generated

Hi,

This is a strange scenario where on "some" machines with exactly similar Operating Systems, same JDK and JRE environments (same version and same update), xEnvironment installation is not producing any logs in the C:\environment\logs folder.

This issue appears randomly on one or two machines out of, lets assume, 100 machines on which the installation is being done - 1% to 2% occurrence.

Any leads, solutions on this would be highly appreciated.

Some details are as below:

OS version: Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit

Micros Suite version: 7.1.3
