problem with visualizer

just reinstalled Professional Standalone R16.1  (NOT enterprise) new visualizer module refuses to open and hangs Support analysts have failed to solve the problem thsi last week. any body here know ?

i reinstalled on instruction  from Oracle because Visualizer was not printing with R15.1

The work around from Oracle was print to CSV can you believe .I had to explain to them that Visualizer is  VISUAL( graphical ) not text that i could produce a text report  via the main module

Help please this has gone on to long

The related issue is the knowledge of the tech support which I pay  for. I usually know far more than they do and have to train them "on my time'
