last over/under estimate in SQLT

Hello All,

I like the feature of Sqlt showing the column "Last over/under estimate" in the execution plans sections....but looks kinda tricky to me...sometimes it shows up in execution plan (source - gv$sql) and sometimes it just doesnt.

I use Sqlxtract mostly...Please let me know if there is a way we can make sure it comes in execution plan so i can try to include even in sqltxplain.sql method.
