The Payroll Exception report (R053191) does not appear to be printing error when vacation hours ente

I have been testing the Payroll Exception report after a user found that it was not always printing the "Vacation taken exceeds minimum available" error. What I found is when vacation hours are entered on a number of individual time records which if totalled together would exceed the vacation available for an employee, the error is not printed. But if the same number of vacation hours are entered on one time record then the error is printed.

For example if the employee has 52 hours of vacation remaining and there are 7 time records entered for 8 hours each of vacation, this is a total of 56 hours. The exception report does not detect this as an error.
