Exceeding thresholds in log.sipd

Just wondering if someone can explain what ttl, guard and last mean in the messaging in log.sipd for exceeding thresholds.

Aug 31 18:54:30.044 [MINOR] SigAddr[access:5.5.5.5:5071=low:NONE] ttl=3632 guard=20 last=0 exceeded message threshold of 12

Aug 31 18:54:31.568 [MINOR] SigAddr[access:2.2.2.2:0=low:NONE] ttl=86400 last=0 exceeded message threshold of 12
