Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to enter a new customer directly (not defined in EBS) in Demantra ?

Hello,

Our Demantra implementation is integrated with EBS. We collected Shipping history from standard EBS Shipping& Booking history.

We have a specific requirement where a new customer's information needs to be shown in Demantra but this customer is not yet defined in EBS.

Can we define a customer directly in Demantra by copying a existing customer at the lowest level?
