Engine is calculating forecast for low sales after continous zero sales.

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

There is an issue in business where If there is no sales for lets say two or three continuous months and then there is a small sales for next month . In this case engine is generating a very small forecast which is causing ambiguity. Can anyone please suggest How to resolve this issue. Is there any Engine parameter which can take care of this .
