PBCS: Data Migration between two instances

We want to migrate huge volume of data from a source PBCS instance to a target PBCS instance. When data is imported to the target instance from the LCM backup of the source, all the scenarios of the target application get affected and data of all scenarios in the target application gets over-written with the data of source instance.

What should be the approach to import source data of a particular scenario to the target instance without over-writing any other scenario in the target instance?

For example, we would like to migrate the data of Forecast scenario only from TEST instance to PROD instance without affecting the data present in Budget scenario of PROD instance. Is this possible through LCM method in PBCS? If not, what are the alternatives?
