Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How Search Specification for Eligible and Ineligible customer works

In my scenario, i have added 4 Order header level fields in the eligibility matrix and based on those values i need to triggered the rules.

1. My Check Eligibility and Inclusive Eligibility is "True" and Rule is Available, but product is highlighted in red.

When i check Product Eligibility & Compatablity - Default, Search Specification is not working. Let me know how it will frame in the background.
