@OKL - LLAP : Product Approval Process request is not being triggered

Hi,

Module: Lease and Finance Management, Version 12.1.3

We are not able to approve a financial product due to request 'OKL - LLAP : Product Approval Process' not being triggered.

The issue can be reproduced following these steps:

RESP: Lease Super User, PATH:Setup/Products/Products

a) Define a Product (Status will be new)

b) Validate Product (Status changed to Passed)

c) Requery product.

d) Select  Submit for approval. (status is 'Pending Approval')

AME setup is done correctly.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
