How do you integrate Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service PBCS with Oracle Project Portfolio

Has anyone done an end-to-end data integration between Oracle PBCS and Oracle PPM without manually manipulating files? From PBCS we can easily export the data but it does not export in the require PJO_Projects_Xface that Oracle provides.

We would like to see this end-to-end without manually updating the files.
