Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have R12..Business wants to do cycle count for 'At sales order issue' serial number control items.

Can we do serial number count for 'At sales order issue' serial number control attribute items?

Is there any workaround?
