Work Requester is not receiving FYI notification after approval of Work Request

Hi All,

The Work Requester is not receiving FYI notification after approval of Work Request, is this a standard functionality.

Work request is created by a work requester and approved by department head. After approval of Work Request, the work requester (user) not received FYI notification (as in oracle once any document is approved by approver the initiator received the approved notification.
