RCOIS GetAllPorts for AddItem

Hi Experts,

We are using GetAllPorts method of 'Remote Complex Object Instance Service' to retrieve 'Port Item Id'. We would need Port Item Id for AddItem method to add a product to for promotion.

We could not get output either in script/workflow/BS simulator window. Please advise whether we need additional changes that we need to do to use this method.
