Patches to take for OEM cloud control 13

I hate to ask this but I am honestly kind of confused by which patches I need to take to ensure I am up to date for OEM 13c and it's related agents.

Looking at Doc ID 2124038.1

I am assuming I should be taking the quarterly OMS PSU (Note 2158215.1) Now in addition I need to patch the plug-ins separately I guess but that's not mandatory or something? All I am using OEM for is to monitor databases,

So Patch 24364619..   and then I can patch the individual agents with
