How to create Modifiers specific to Oracle Quoting and Not Order Management

Hi All

We have created 4 overridable modifiers as per the requirement of Oracle Quoting. Now these modifers are also visible on Sales Order Lines which we do not want.

How can restrict the usage of this modifier to Oracle Quoting only and it should not show on Sales order Lines.
