Automation of Asset Retirement to AR

We have a requirement to Automate the Asset sale proceeds to AR.

On regular basis, we used to sell our assets in the market using the retirement functionality.

Is there anyway to Import these asset transactions into AR create them as an AR Invoice or even create them as Miscellaneous Receipt in AR ( Proceeds of Sale Clearing as the Revenue or We can define our own Rec Activity as Proceeds of Sale Clearing Account ).

I know it is not available in Fixed Assets, would like to know is there any Best workaround here ? If yes, Please suggest.
