Employee Information and category codes

All programs that create or update records in the F060116 have processing options that are aimed at instructing the program whether or not deriving the Job Information and Job Category codes into the F060116 records. Some of those programs have processing options for Job Info on add or changes while some other programs have a similar processing option regardless of an add or a change to the F060116 Employee Master.

After conducting several tests, we came to the conclusion that programs as designed will not allow us to keep any values that are employee-specific when the corresponding information of the F08001 Job Information is blank.
