What is ora_q000_* used for?

Hello,

I have an oracle 11.2.0.2.0 running on a database server and I have this process ora_q000_WTC1LHDM2 missing on the list of process running.

I do not see any impact on my application running on top of this oracle database.

Does anyone know What is ora_q000_* used for?

root@wtc1lhdm2db:/# ps -ef | grep ora_
