Ability to clear global Java cache without manually doing so via Functional Administrator Responsibi

Within Functional Administrator responsibility the below navigation is used to clear the global Java cache.  We often need to do this in response to changes made to menus in which we do not perform a full stop/start of the application tier services.

Core Services > Caching Framework > Global Configuration -> Click on button Clear All Cache, then on Yes

Has anyone found a way to automate this without needing to manually log into EBS and perform this navigation?  I would like to automate this activity via my application release automation tool and would greatly appreciate any tips/suggestions.
