How to manage Old Organizations, Jobs, Positions in case of Re-organization?

Hi,

My client is on Oracle R12.1.3, they implemented different HRMS modules like Core HR, Payroll, OLM, PMS and have proper Finance modules also implemented.

Now they are performing re organizing, in this their total organization structure, reporting lines are going to be changed, so they are not going to use few existing organizations, jobs and positions.

My question is how to manage all those non using objects in the application, if we end dated it, in future if client wants to generate any reports or audit purpose if they want to cross check something in the application how they get the data.
