Restoring .otl, .rul, .csc into Hyperion Planning

Hi,

I have a copy of .otl, .rul, .csc file from my previous server (Hyperion), and I want to restore them into my development server, does anyone know the way to restore them ??, maybe it could be done just by paste them into the application folder, or supposed to use LCM. Please advise ???
