Siebel 16.3.0.0: strange Refresh/Update bugs in standard Views with TreeApplet

Hi.

There are strange Refresh/Update bugs in standard Views with TreeApplet in our Siebel 16.3.0.0 enviroment.

Scenario:

  1. Login to Siebel Application (Financial Services in our case)
  2. Go to view "Administration - Group" > "Organizations" (or Divisions)
  3. Let's suppose we have 20 records in our database and 10 records are visible by default
  4. When we hit "NextRecord" (navigation bar in list applet) while standing on visible records in list applet - everything is ok. Focused record is the same in all applets (Tree, List and Form).
  5. When we hit "NextRecord" while standing on last visible record (click on field "Name" to make it active): Tree applet shows record right, List applet doesnt refresh, Form shows right record but with Name (or any other active field) from previous record. Furthemore it's just refresh problem, it really modifies record with previous record values. We can see it in database and Audit Trail.
