em12c:Patching Oracle target database failed "OPatch is not present in Software Library"

Hi There,

I'm running EM12c (12.1.4.0) on Red Hat Linux 6

I'm trying to deploy Oracle PSU patch on Oracle target database (11.2.0.4) from OEM "Provisioning and Patching".

I have created a plan to deploy the patch. The wizard goes to every steps and they are all fine but it seems that the OEM server insists on patching OPatch
every time.

I have the latest Opatch version in the Software Library but OEM reports that no suitable Opatch can be found and stops the patching process.

It throws the following error message:

ERROR: OPatch component applicable for target"xxxx" is not present in the Software Library
