Can eligibility check to take leave elements that reduce accrual plan be done on timecard?
We are setting up a new accrual plan and one of the eligibility rules to take this leave is that employee has to work so many hours in a year.
We would set up the accrual plan in OTL to display and validate the balance so no more than the allotment can be taken.
We need eligibility checked when an employee enters any of the pay types that reduce the accrual plan balance. That eligibility check would be that they have worked a specified number of hours worked (excludes leaves) in the last 12 months.

Accrual plan has 200 hours balance given on Jan. 1 and resets every Jan. 1.
