Hello everyone,

Is there any way to change a direct support account to an indirect one?

Actually we signed an indirect support contract with one of our customers, but the account that was created is a direct one.and now this customer can directly contact the editor "oracle", create the SR, edit SR ...

which is bad for us so is there any way to limit these privileges and switch from this direct support to an indirect support account. please is there any procedure to be followed ?
