Custom service failure

While executing a custom service(for check-in & redirection), getting the following error. The query resource exists in a different custom component & the corresponding component is also enabled.

Unable to execute service SEND_OR_APPROVE and function QdocInfoLatest.
The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.
