Connectivity issue with Queue

Hi,

We have created a JMS queue to receive response from a syaystem.Though the messages are placed in queue, our wf  is not getting instantiated.In the log file we can see the following error.

SBL-EAI-00953: Call of Service '(null)', Method '(null)' failed: (null).

and Log information is below:
