Delinquency Letters not clearing the RNID when the letter is rejected

When we run delinquency letters (R03B525) some of our divisions have delinquency policies that require approval of the letters (P03B202).  It seems that when the letters are rejected, the RNID is not cleared in the F03B20.  We ran into a problem this past week with Statements not being able to run due to fact that the RNID being generated already existed in the F03B20.

Just wondering if anyone else had this problem.
