FDMEE user cannot export data - Requested file not available for download.

Hi Experts,

We have one lone user that is unable to export his data from FDMEE (11.1.2.4.200) to HFM.

Its defiinitely not due to his access rights.   He has the same rights as several other users and they are not having issues.  We even gave him admin rights and he can't load.

The issue seems to be  in the process whereby FDMEE transfers the file to HFM prior to the data load.

The error is referencing to a file.   I went onto the server and looked in the path indicated, but there was no file there with that name.

I'm not sure how to fix this at this point.  Should I delete the user ID and recreate it (its a native ID).   Please let me know if you have any ideas?
