Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can't add lines at Logistics Tab

Hi all,

When creating lines at Logistics Tab under a repair order, the error below is displayed and the logistic line is not created.

'The creation of a default logistics line(s) failed' When Creating Logistics Lines

"API Programming Error (CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PVT.Create_Charge_Details): The value "189070" for parameter p_user_login is invalid"

I've searched many Doc Ids and also here in the community, but as far as I can see the setup seems to be ok.

- Repair Type and Service Activity Code are setup properly;

- Item is setup at Master-Items Service tab with Billing Type = 'Y' and set as Material;
