FDMEE Filter

Hi , I would like to know what all the filter option available to filter the data from EBS in to FDMEE. I know we can use mapping information to filter but is there any other way to do the data filter.

Currently we have four location  created in fdmee with four different datarule and import format but pointed to one EBS source. Whenever i executed the load, i could see different data has been pulled from EBS but i am unable to see any filter in front end. Category mapping seems to be same for all the 4 location. Can some one help here to understand how we can filter EBS source data.
