CP_NUM_RUN_TASKS clarification

Hey Guys,

In our env CP_NUM_RUN_TASKS shows as a number, for example 7

Even when the component is on online status, is this an expected behaviour ? --> From srvrmgr

So even if the there are no task being processed why the value is greater than 0.

CP_NUM_RUN_TASKS (11):  Current number of running tasks

srvrmgr> list comp EAIObjMgr_enu show CP_NUM_RUN_TASKS
