In correct SSD:07-SEP-0201 updated at SO line

Hi Experts,

For few Sales orders, the SSD is updated wrongly with the year as ‘0201’ instead of ‘2016’. We do not know any pattern in which case the SSD is populated with past dates, Due to this SO details are not being synced up with Siebel system.

Note: Usually SO's will be created in Siebel source system and sent to ERP.

While creating the SO, ATP call is made to ERP from Siebel to get the SSD date. After all the details are entered and submitted, the  order comes to ERP.

Whenever there is an update on SO in ERP, it will be sent to Siebel for both system to be in sync. The update can be on any field like change in SSD, change in qty etc.
