Run PA rebuild in scheduler

We periodically run a PA ledger rebuild, R43199P, R00993, R00932 which I do manually after hours.  I have been asked if this can be set up in the job scheduler.  I see that R43199P can now be run on the enterprise server (previously it had to be run on a fat client) so it seems I can schedule this but I wonder how I can ensure they run consecutively (i.e. each UBE waits until the previous one completes).  I don't have any single-threaded queues set up - would this be the only way?
