ASAP OCA Failed to start with exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Response: '401: Unauthorized

Working with ASAP 7.0.2

I restarted ASAP and WebLogic when I tried to open OCA, the Login was refused with the following messages.

Unable to Login to ASAP instance(s) with Environment ID: XXX

Failed to initialize session, reason: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The root element is required in a well-formed document.

The WebLogic Log registered as

java.io.FileNotFoundException: Response: '401: Unauthorized' for url: 'http://<IP>:<PORT>/security/GetUser'
