Unable to add target with ORA-01422 - EM13c

Hello,

Here is one more question on EM13c, After the wrong discover results i have manually ignored the target and started to add using guided process of add target.

As expected the primary name was showing with standby db_unique_name which is already known as bug, now i changed the configuration and then tried to save but failed with error  "Failed CANADA : ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows".  I have attached screenshot as well, tried to check MOS if any known bugs but none found.

Can someone take a look on this issue?
